Employer Training Survey – now on!
During January and February 2008, Cambridge is offering clients the opportunity to have direct input into the development of the 2008 Employer Training Calendar. Cambridge Integrated Services provides a professional training service to our clients. Our training calendar offers a range of training and information sessions to keep you informed of changes in legislation, industry best practice and strategies to reduce the cost and incidence of workplace injuries and illness.

We offer training and information seminars in our Sydney office or at your business premises where we tailor our training solutions to meet your business needs.

WorkCover -accredited courses
We offer a number of WorkCover accredited courses which will assist you with legislative compliance. These courses include:

• OHS Consultation
• Introduction to RTW Coordination
• Advanced RTW Coordination
• Return to Work Coordination in Victoria (under the Harmonisation initiative)
  

We run these courses regularly in our office at a reduced cost to clients as well as offering the flexibility of delivering these to clients on-site.

Skill development programs
Our training calendar also includes skill development programs for practitioners and managers. These include regular programs such as:

• NSW OHS & Risk Management Overview
• Managing Psychological Injury Claims
• Understanding NSW Workers Compensation Legislation
• Principles of Manual Handling

In addition we regularly run information sessions on topical issues such as Maturing Workforce Issues and Premium Calculation and Grouping.  We also schedule employer updates on significant legislative or scheme changes.
